Personal Webcam running on Amiga 4000T. Picture is supplied via a cheap Micromaxx USB Webcam.
The camera is driven by the Poseidon USB stack and a small shell tool that does the grabbing, sharpening, gamma correction and text insertion.
The image is then converted from ppm to jpg using cjpeg and uploaded using curl, wrapped in a nice shell script.
The picture is updated every ~20 seconds (if it's not, the cam is probably offline).
